higher.fun collects as little as it can. This notice says what it handles, why, and who else sees it. It is part of the terms of use.

Public by nature

What higher.fun stores

On your device

Your browser remembers which wallet you last connected and that you agreed to the terms. This stays on your device; clear your site data to remove it.

What higher.fun doesn't do

Who else handles data

Cloudflare (hosting, security and protection from attacks), Privy (X and GitHub sign-in and the wallets it creates), an IPFS pinning service (coin images and details) and a Solana RPC provider (reading and sending transactions). They process technical data such as IP addresses under their own privacy policies, and may do so in other countries. Your wallet app has its own privacy policy too.

Why we use it

To run the Service, keep it secure, stop spam, fraud and abuse, enforce the terms, and meet legal obligations. We may share information when the law requires it, to protect people or the Service, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Service.

How long we keep it

As long as it is needed for those purposes. Content you post stays until it is removed; public blockchain and IPFS data can't be removed by anyone.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have off-chain data removed or corrected where the law gives you that right, email [email protected]. We can't change or remove anything on the blockchain or IPFS.

Children

higher.fun is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
